Job Summary :

We're seeking an experienced Test Lead with 6-7 years of hands-on software testing expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in SQL, web application testing, and API testing, coupled with strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities. This role demands proficiency in an Agile Scrum environment, with a focus on delivering quality software within tight timelines.

Essential Functions :

• Perform end-to-end testing of software applications to ensure functionality, usability, and compatibility across multiple platforms.
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and plans based on project requirements and specifications.
• Conduct thorough regression testing to identify and address any defects or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Utilize SQL queries to validate data integrity and perform database testing as needed.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to provide testing updates and feedback within an agile scrum framework.
• Document and report issues, bugs, and test results accurately using designated tracking tools.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing best practices and methodologies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in software testing techniques.

Skills Good to Have but not mandatory : US Healthcare Knowledge, Experience working in US healthcare projects, API testing.

Working Hours

Shift – 12 PM to 9 PM
