Role : AM / Senior Engineer / Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop, optimize, and automate CAE simulation workflows for chassis, suspension, and steering systems using Python, Matlab / Simulink, and JavaScript (Node.js).
- Build and maintain simulation pipelines integrating tools such as ADAMS, Simpack, CarSim, CarMaker, and Amesim for predictive vehicle performance analysis.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code to support multi-body dynamics simulations, data analysis, and visualization.
- Collaborate with test and validation teams to design automated routines for Test-CAE correlation, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
- Debug and optimize simulation models by leveraging programming-driven approaches to resolve vehicle-level performance issues.
- Create libraries, APIs, and scripts for cross-functional usage, enhancing team productivity and model reusability.
- Implement automation frameworks for simulation data processing, reporting, and result validation.
- Prepare technical documentation, automated dashboards, and data-driven insights for design and engineering teams.
- Manage multiple simulation coding projects with focus on scalability, performance, and timely delivery.
- Work closely with design, product, and testing teams to integrate coding-based CAE workflows into the R&D lifecycle.
Key Skills Required :
Strong foundation in Vehicle Dynamics, Chassis, Suspension, and Steering systems.Hands-on experience with simulation tools (ADAMS, Simpack, CarSim, CarMaker, Amesim) and their integration with Matlab / Simulink, Python, Node.js.Proficiency in programming, automation, API development, and data engineering.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills for both code and simulation models.Experience in connecting CAE workflows with test data through script-based correlation frameworks.Knowledge of project management practices, with an emphasis on software-driven solutions in automotive R&D.Personal Characteristics & Behaviours :
