Role Description
1) This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager, based in Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai.
2) The Key Account Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of all our Kitchen partner accounts listed in Swiggy & Zomato, developing and executing business plans, and ensuring growth for each kitchen partners.
3) This role involves analytical tasks, strategic planning, promotion and providing exceptional relationships with the Swiggy & Zomato teams for running ads, monitoring performances and account reconciliations.
Qualifications
Must have worked in Swiggy, Zomato, or similar platforms for at least 3+ years.
Experience in Key Account Management and Customer Service
Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities
Proficiency in managing and maintaining key accounts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think and execute the sales and marketing support for our kitchens
Previous experience in the food industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
