LS Automotive - Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager / Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance team as Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager / Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role will closely support the CFO in driving financial performance, providing key insights, and ensuring accurate reporting for strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, coupled with hands-on experience in SAP and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the CFO in day-to-day management operations and financial oversight.
• Consolidate, analyze, and report financial data for Korea's business operations.
• Monitor key financial metrics including EBITDA, CAPEX, Cashflow, and Working Capital.
• Conduct variance analysis between budget, forecast, cost, and actual performance.
• Support business analysis, month-end closing activities, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial report templates for monthly and management Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting / Finance.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance or FP&A roles.
• Proven expertise in analyzing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with advanced analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
