Job Summary :
The role will be responsible for achieving sales targets within a defined geographical territory (mainly Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh). This role involves direct interaction with potential and existing customers to promote and sell Company Products. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with past experience in seasoning industry.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular visits to potential and existing clients within the assigned territory.
- Present product information, promotions, and pricing effectively to customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and market feedback .
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and other promotional activities as required..
Qualifications and Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 3+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in the seasoning industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
