Job Purpose :
To oversee and manage the online sales and presence of the company’s products across e-commerce platforms, ensuring revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance brand presence.
- Manage online listings, pricing, and product content across marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, company website).
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize digital campaigns.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and advertisements in coordination with marketing teams.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Handle vendor relationships, payment reconciliations, and marketplace compliance requirements.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and address escalations or service-related issues.

Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and digital marketing.Analytical mindset with experience in sales data interpretation.Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboards.Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.3–6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce management or online retail.
