Vice President - Enterprise Transitions

Job descriptionLead end-to-end transitions and transformation programs, from setup through delivery, outcomes realization, and closure. Engage with CXO / CXO-1 level clients to understand strategic priorities and craft tailored transformation solutions. Own and drive P&L of $3-4MM+, managing multiple concurrent projects across functions and geographies. Champion Day 1 digital and transformation adoption during transitions. Collaborate with sales, delivery, and domain teams to develop go-to-market strategies and lead new deal pursuits. Build and continuously evolve transition playbooks and best practices across units. Mentor and develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Manage governance, risk, compliance, and communication throughout the transformation journey.
