Role Description

This is a full-time leadership role for a Vice President – Corporate Relations at Ashapurna Buildcon Ltd. , based on-site in Jodhpur. The position is tailored for a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in managing stakeholder relationships, corporate governance, and cross-functional operations. The VP will oversee corporate affairs, post-sales operations, leasing, HR, and administration, while ensuring smooth coordination across departments. The role requires a leader who can balance operational execution with strategic direction, while safeguarding the company’s reputation and driving business growth. The position offers a competitive salary bracket of ₹24 – 36 LPA , based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Total Experience : Minimum 20 years , with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles in the Real Estate Industry (mandatory).
• Proven experience in managing large, cross-functional teams across post-sales, legal, leasing, HR, and administration.
• Sound knowledge of the full real estate project lifecycle, including legal documentation, facility management, and statutory compliances.
• Expertise in conflict resolution, regulatory liaison, contract vetting, and property handovers.
• Strong operational and strategic thinking capabilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (Business Administration, Communications, Law, or related field); MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
