We are seeking a high-energy Digital Sales Manager to drive the growth of our B2B SaaS product across global markets.
This role involves managing a digital-first sales strategy, leading a team of SDRs (Sales Development Representatives), and working closely with senior decision-makers in mid to large-sized enterprises.
You will be responsible for developing strategies, managing performance, enabling solution-based selling, and ensuring revenue targets are met through digital channels.
Note : This is a digital inside sales role.
It does not require field travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership : Lead, coach, and manage a team of SDRs to meet and exceed qualified lead and conversion targets.
- Strategic Account Management : Identify key industry segments and develop actionable sales strategies to engage decision-makers.
- Solution Selling : Conduct needs assessments, product demonstrations, and consultative selling to align platform capabilities with client requirements.
- Pipeline Management : Own and manage the entire sales funnel from lead qualification to deal closure; monitor KPIs using CRM and sales tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Interact with senior executives and CXOs, navigating enterprise-level buying cycles.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market efforts.
- Market Intelligence : Analyze competitor activity, customer feedback, and global trends to inform sales tactics and product positioning.
- Target Achievement : Meet revenue, lead generation, and conversion goals in a highly performance-driven environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
24 years of experience in digital B2B SaaS sales, including at least 12 years in a team lead or manager role.Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a virtual sales environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in a global context.Strong business acumen and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.Experience in CRM systems, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making.High emotional intelligence (EQ), analytical thinking, and solution orientation.Experience working in high-growth tech environments or startups is a strong plus.This position is strictly open to candidates currently residing in Mumbai.Applications from other locations will not be considered(ref : iimjobs.com)
