Job Overview
This mid-level Sales Account Manager position at digiCloud Solutions involves managing and growing client accounts while working from the vibrant cities of Bangalore or Mumbai. Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle across assigned accounts
- Manage and grow a book of accounts, nurturing client relationships for repeat business
- Develop strategic account plans to map Salesforce solutions to client business objectives
- Collaborate with pre-sales consultants, delivery teams, and Salesforce AEs to craft winning proposals
- Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce Cloud offerings (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, etc.)
- Conduct discovery meetings, solution positioning, and executive-level presentations
- Work closely with Salesforce industry and segment teams to align go-to-market efforts
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets and sales activity targets
- Keep accurate records in Salesforce CRM : forecast, pipeline, opportunities, meetings
- Represent the company at Salesforce events, webinars, and industry forums
