Job Title : Presales Solution Area Specialist – Microsoft Modern Workplace (MWP)Location : Noida (Work from Office)Market : B2B – India RegionReporting to : Presales Manager – Cloud & Security SolutionsRole Type : Individual ContributorExperience Required : 4–7 Years (Relevant : 3–5 Years in Microsoft MWP Presales)Job PurposeTo support the sales team in driving Microsoft Modern Workplace (MWP) solution adoption by delivering presales expertise, customer demos, solution design, and consultative engagement, ensuring customers maximize value from Microsoft 365 and related offerings.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Presales & Technical ExpertiseEngage with customers to understand business needs and map them with Microsoft MWP solutions (Microsoft 365, Office 365, Teams, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Purview, etc.).Deliver compelling product demos, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and workshops to CXOs, ITDMs, and BDMs.Design tailored MWP solution architectures and deployment roadmaps aligned to customer requirements.Collaborate with sales teams to shape deals, create value propositions, and influence customer decisions.Opportunity ManagementRespond to RFPs / RFIs with solution designs, technical documentation, and compliance mappings.Build and articulate business cases, ROI, and TCO justifications for Microsoft MWP adoption.Ensure smooth handover of opportunities to technical delivery / implementation teams post-closure.Work closely with Microsoft Partner teams and internal stakeholders to drive customer success.Thought Leadership & EnablementStay updated with Microsoft Modern Workplace product roadmap and industry trends.Deliver webinars, customer sessions, and enablement programs to evangelize Microsoft MWP.Support
