We are seeking a highly professional and articulate individual to join our Investor Relations – Voice Process team to ensure an exceptional investor experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound investor calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Educate investors about Wint Wealth’s products, investment process, and policies.
  • Resolve investor queries related to accounts, investments, transactions, or onboarding.
  • Guide investors through app / website processes (KYC, investment execution, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, product, compliance) for issue resolution.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintain call records.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with investors by providing clear, transparent, and timely communication.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (Finance / Commerce background preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with fintech apps, digital KYC, and investment platforms.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with investors and stakeholders.
  • Provide information about the company’s financial performance, market updates, and other relevant investor communication.
  • Support investor inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
  • Assist in organizing investor calls, earnings calls, and quarterly updates.
  • Maintain records of investor communications in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with finance, corporate communications, and compliance teams for accurate dissemination of information.
  • Escalate critical investor queries to the Investor Relations Manager / Leadership team.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI, stock exchange, and internal governance norms during communication.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field .
  • Freshers-1 Year of experience in voice process / customer interaction roles , preferably in BFSI, Investor Relations, or Financial Services.
  • Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills .
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, market terminology, and corporate performance metrics .
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) .
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with investors and stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :

  • Prior experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, or Financial Communication .
  • Knowledge of stock market regulations, SEBI compliance, and corporate governance .
  • Exposure to CRM tools and call management software.
