We are a leading data analytics company focused on empowering organizations with actionable insights and data-driven strategies. Our solutions span advanced analytics, AI / ML-driven decision support, and data visualization tools across various industries. We are looking for a technically adept and client-focused Presales Associate to join our growing team and help deliver transformative analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions leveraging our data analytics offerings.
- Lead technical discussions, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality technical documentation, proposals, RFP responses, and presentations to effectively communicate solution value.
- Develop cheat sheets, success stories, and reference materials to support sales enablement and customer education.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and consulting teams to ensure alignment of client requirements with solution capabilities.
- Provide expert guidance on data analytics tools, methodologies, and best practices during client engagements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building credibility through deep domain knowledge and clear communication.
- Support bid and proposal processes with structured responses, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical pre-sales within data analytics or related domains.Strong technical understanding of data analytics, including data integration, BI tools, reporting, dashboards, machine learning workflows, and data governance.Proven experience preparing technical documentation, RFP responses, presentations, product demos, cheat sheets, and success stories.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple proposals and client interactions concurrently.Strong stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach.Experience working in client-facing roles with global delivery or consulting firms.Location : North Delhi
