Role & responsibilities
- Outbound Calling : Make 200-250 calls per day to prospective customers.
- Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential buyers who are actively looking for properties.
- Customer Engagement : Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property recommendations.
- Data Management : Maintain an accurate record of customer interactions and update leads in the CRM system.
- Follow-ups : Regularly follow up with potential buyers to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Collaboration : Work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead conversion.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience : 1-4 years in telesales, presales, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills are welcomeEducation : Any graduate or equivalent qualification.Skills Required
