We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Performance Analytics and certified proficiency (V3 or V4). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements, with a focus on analytics, dashboards, and performance Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules with a focus on Performance Analytics (minimum 2+ years hands-on experience).
• Develop reports, scorecards, indicators, and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to align with business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain data integrity in all configurations.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and enhancements to improve platform performance.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and optimization for ServiceNow Skills & Qualifications :
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• 2+ years of experience specifically in Performance Analytics.
• Mandatory Certification : ServiceNow CSA + Performance Analytics V3 or V4 certification.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Reporting.
• Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, etc.).
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills.
