JOB ROLE
- Be responsible for production support & release management for application assigned
- Ensure the builds are ring-fenced with right approvals and tests before production movement, conduct pre-production testing
- Should possess excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, measure and report on key service-level metricsStrive for continuous improvement of incident management process and integration with other IT operations management processesBuild and maintain relationships with all IT units to ensure that IT-delivered services and end-user productivity goals are understood and exceededPerform collaboration sessions and develop action plans to address the knowledge transfer from the application development team for new releasesConduct trend analyses and action plans for improving service timeliness and reducing costsContribute to problem solutioning, change, release, knowledge and ensure BCP / DR activities are planned and conductedTrack resolution of all open issues, be part of the solutioning team for war room / discussionsManage audit queries related to Production environmentMandatory Skills Required
Must have worked as production supportMust have handled customer facing application, mobile application, finance application.Well versed with Sharp troubleshooting tool.Have strong knowledge of application stack.Have strong lending / digital lending experience in support.Have deep knowledge of oracle / SQL and server-side technology / architectureHave thorough understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, ClusteringMust have done RBI Audits & compliance handling.Must have done POs and Agreements.Skills Required
