Job descriptionCultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in B2B accounts. Understand client needs to tailor solutions and proposals accordingly. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on how our products / services can address their challenges and objectives. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability. Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, and take corrective actions as needed. Forecast sales accurately and focus on building constant sales pipeline. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for B2B sales initiatives. Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing efforts. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience. 8-10 years of sales (B2B sales) growth and development with an education or SAAS industry. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Strong understanding of how to approach, position talent & leadership development conversations with University Principals, CHROs, L&D & HR professionals as well as Business / C-suite Executives Strong communication and presentation skills - adept at developing, pitching and closing large deals. Gravitas to pitch to CXOs, CHROs, CLOs / L&D and government heads. Willingness to travel PAN INDIA. Ability to develop and position winning proposals to clients
This role is very critical and strategic to the company. He / She will be handling the Business Growth team for corporate collaborations across all regions.
