Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Purpose

The ideal candidate should have a fair understanding of the overall application ecosystem typically deployed in banks across multiple domains pertaining to digital assets, automation process workflows and core applications along with underlying Infra, DB structure and its interfacing with the upstream and downstream applications.

Key Accountabilities

• This role requires a high level of capability in the overall project management domain to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from initiation through successful delivery
• Candidate must have strong technology background (mandatorily in banking technology space), proven leadership in project delivery and well versant and hands-on with the project / delivery management tools such as JIRA, etc
• Candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, scope, resources, budgets and high degree of internal business stakeholder interaction and will need to have superior communication and influencing skills
• A very robust understanding of business processes and systems as well as the ability to organize and prioritize end user issues / requests will be required along with a proven track record in implementation large scale projects in banking domain across enterprise-level landscape
