Position : Senior Business Development Executive

Location : Mohali (Work From Office)

Experience : 3–7 Years

About the Role :

Visibility Gurus is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive who excels at converting qualified leads into clients through strong communication, proposal handling, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing the entire sales cycle — from first contact to closure — for SEO, PPC, and web development (WordPress) services. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle and nurture qualified inbound leads provided by the company.
  • Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and pricing plans.
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups to convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Pitch SEO, PPC, and web development services (preferably WordPress-based) to Indian and international clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, tech, content) for seamless project onboarding and delivery.
  • Maintain CRM records, track progress, and report on conversion metrics.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in a high-performance, collaborative environment.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the sales process.

Requirements :

  • 3–7 years of proven experience in sales or business development in the digital marketing or IT services domain.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and WordPress / web development services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience handling international and Indian clients.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently — from proposal to closure.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, proposal writing, and sales documentation.
  • Open to feedback, adaptable to process changes, and a strong team player.
