BDM (IT Sales) Outbound Lead Generation (US Market | Remote) the Role

Uncio Connect is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our business growth initiatives in the US market. This leadership role is designed for an experienced IT sales professional who can drive lead generation, build strong client relationships, and accelerate revenue opportunities across software development, AI, and digital transformation services.

As a senior member of our growth function, you will own the end-to-end business development lifecyclefrom strategic prospecting to opportunity qualification and handoverwhile ensuring Uncios solutions are positioned as the trusted choice for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Lead Generation

  • Strategically identify and engage C-level executives and decision-makers in target industries across the US.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry forums.

Client Engagement & Qualification

  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs, budget, and timelines.
  • Qualify prospects against business criteria and create a healthy, high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Sales Strategy & Handover

  • Collaborate closely with the internal sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Support in structuring proposals and RFP responses where required.
  • Research & Market Intelligence

  • Map target accounts, analyze industry trends, and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
  • Provide actionable insights to refine sales messaging and go-to-market positioning.
  • Performance & Reporting

  • Consistently achieve and exceed lead generation KPIs and revenue contribution targets.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time records of all activities and pipeline progress in CRM tools.
  • Required 3+ years of proven success in B2B IT sales / business development, ideally within software development or digital transformation firms.

    Track Record : Demonstrated ability to generate qualified opportunities contributing to pipelines of $1M+ annually.

    Communication : Superior verbal and written English with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust with US-based executives.

    Tech-Savvy : Proficiency with CRM platforms, outreach automation, and sales enablement tools.

    Mindset : Strong ownership, self-motivation, and entrepreneurial approach to driving results.

    Availability : Must be flexible to work during US business hours.
