Job Summary :

  • The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
  • This role involves developing and executing strategies to expand the customer base, entering new markets, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation & Prospecting :

  • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and leads.
  • Client Relationship Management :

  • Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution :

  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis :

  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Gather feedback from clients and market intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration & Coordination :

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and progress.
  • Networking & Brand Building :

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Promote the companys products and services to enhance brand Bachelors / master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
