Role Overview :
Were seeking a result-driven Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities in the D2C / eCommerce space, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue.
This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to pitch and close high-impact partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the D2C and eCommerce space.
- Own the sales pipeline-from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Understand client pain points and position GreenHonchos solutions strategically.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, solutions, and delivery teams to align on client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and target client segments.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular reports for leadership.
What Were Looking For?
Minimum 5 years of B2B BD or consultative sales (agency background preferred).Strong understanding of eComm / D2C & marketing services.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proven track record in target achievement & full-cycle sales.Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven setup.Good to have :
