Performance Test Lead - Python

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute performance testing activities across various applications and platforms.
• Develop, maintain, and execute performance test scripts using Python and relevant performance testing tools.
• Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure optimal system performance and scalability.
• Design and implement performance testing strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Conduct load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing in cloud environments.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Mentor and guide junior testing team Skills :
• Extensive experience in performance testing methodologies and tools.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and automation of tests.
• Hands-on experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Skills :
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and integration of performance tests in automated workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
