We are seeking an experienced Python Test Lead to lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Python, test automation, and Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of driving improvements in quality engineering.

The role involves collaborating with various teams to implement quality processes, tools, and methodologies, and evolving predictive and intelligent testing approaches.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function.
• Collaborate with various teams to implement quality processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
• Manage a team to perform testing activities, including test automation and manual testing.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for immediate and multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in testing methodologies.
