Senior Test Lead - Performance Testing

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
• Utilize modern performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Neoload, or K6 to simulate real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI / CD pipelines.
• Monitor system metrics (CPU, memory, I / O, network) during test execution and analyze performance bottlenecks.
• Provide detailed performance reports, dashboards, and recommendations for system optimization.
• Work closely with architects and developers to ensure applications meet required scalability and reliability & Experience :
• 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing & Performance Engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise with one or more tools : JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Neoload, K6.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Groovy, or similar) for automation and test customization.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, and web technologies.
• Experience with monitoring & observability tools : Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile / Scrum environments
