Quality Assurance Automation Lead - Python / PyTest

Job description

Responsibilities :

Own and drive test strategy, planning, and architecture design for storage solutions.
Design and implement scalable automation frameworks using Python & PyTest.
Lead performance, reliability, and regression testing initiatives.
Mentor and guide QA engineers on best practices in automation and debugging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, DevOps) to ensure product quality at every stage.
Perform deep-dive analysis and troubleshooting of issues in block, file, and object storage systems.

Requirements :

8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Automation.

Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on expertise in PyTest.

Solid understanding of storage systems (block, file, object).

Experience in designing test architectures and frameworks.

Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and also lead a team of QA engineers.

Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
