Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assisting in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Screening resumes and shortlisting profiles as per role requirements.
• Coordinating with candidates for interviews and following up on their status.
• Supporting in scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assisting the HR team in employer branding and campus hiring activities.
• Helping with other HR & recruitment-related tasks as required.
