Job Description – Project Management Intern (AI / Technical Projects)

Position : Project Management Intern

Department : Project Management

Stipend : ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on performance)

Full-Time Package (Based on performance) : ₹3.6 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to assist in managing technical and AI-based projects. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in planning, executing, and tracking projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and clients. This is a great opportunity for freshers to build a career in project management within the fast-growing tech industry.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in planning and managing technical and AI development projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Support the project lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery by tracking timelines, tasks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Development, QA, Design) and external stakeholders (Clients) to ensure smooth communication.
  • Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentation decks (using Canva / PowerPoint) for internal and client meetings.
  • Assist in conducting client calls, documenting minutes of meetings, and following up on action items.
  • Learn and assist in applying basic AI tools or frameworks relevant to the project (advantageous).
  • Ensure adherence to company NDA and confidentiality policies.
  • Support the team in improving project workflows, process documentation, and reporting practices.

Eligibility & Skills Required

  • Good communication skills in English (both written & verbal)
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Knowledge or exposure to project management tools – Notion / Trello / ClickUp / Jira (preferred).
  • Basic presentation skills – ability to prepare presentations using Canva / PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of tech development workflows (Requirement analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment) – highly preferred.
  • Enthusiasm to work in an AI-based technical environment – learning mindset.
  • Basic understanding of AI tools or technologies is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
