Responsibilities : - Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to identify potential candidates.- Maintain and update a database of qualified candidates.- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.- Assist in documentation and onboarding formalities for new hires.- Prepare job descriptions and post them on various platforms.Requirement : - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
