We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role requires handling the full sales process over the phone, from lead generation and product presentation to closing deals and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to understand customer needs to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound leads and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat by providing detailed product information and resolving queries.
- Present and explain product / service features effectively to generate customer interest.
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate qualified leads for sales conversion.
- Close sales over the phone while meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive retention and referrals.
- Conduct timely follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and assist in completing sales.
- Identify customer needs and suggest relevant upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, leads, and sales transactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to stay informed and competitive.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer journey.
