RESPONSIBILITIES :
- KPIs - Number of new deals closed, new customers & revenue added.
- Cold Calling to potential customers.
- Field Visit at customer s place / office / shop / clinic etc.
- Handle software product demos for sales-qualified leads. Show them how our products can add value to their business and life. How our software product can help them solve their challenges and achieve their goals. You will also present pricing to the customer.
- Handle customer communications, and software product-related conversations & queries.
- Nurture all marketing qualified leads in your pipeline with high-quality follow-ups.
- Identify insights & pain points from conversations with prospects and contribute to the product roadmap by providing active feedback to the product team.
