Location :  Bangalore (Banashankari) / Pune (Baner)

Experience : Minimum 1 year in telesales (Mandatory)

Max CTC - 3-3.5 lacs

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Bangalore / Pune. The The primary responsibility of this role is to call leads and convert them into sales. This is a performance-oriented role focused on achieving targets, with no involvement in customer service or support tasks. We prefer candidate form real estate, insurance, ecommerce , telecom, automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contact potential customers from provided leads and pitch company's offerings effectively.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to close sales.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead engagement.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and sales conversions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospective clients to nurture and close leads.
• Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge to enhance performance.
