Your Role in Our Story
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Manager – People & Culture with 5–7 years of experience to strengthen our people function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR operations, driving employee engagement, and aligning people practices with business objectives. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to build a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement people strategies that enable growth and retention
- Lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
- Drive people engagement initiatives to foster belonging, collaboration, and motivation across teams
- Support the Finance team with HR-related requirements and coordinate on people-related data as needed.
- Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees, ensuring transparent and empathetic communication.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company HR policies
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and well-being programs to create a positive workplace experience.
- Use HR analytics to track engagement, performance, and retention, and recommend actionable insights.
- Facilitate leadership development and capability-building programs.
- Build strong relationships across the organization, becoming a cultural ambassador and people advocate.
- Mentor junior HR team members and promote continuous improvement across HR functions.
We’d Love to See your superpowers
5–7 years of HR experience , preferably in IT / Tech or fast-paced growth environments.Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and statutory compliance.Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.Experience with HRMS tools and HR analytics for data-driven decision-making.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a people-first mindset.A track record of building and maintaining a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture.Location : Indiranagar, Bengaluru, IN
