What we are looking for :

At Turbostart, we believe people make the company. As a People & Culture Intern , you'll play an important role in supporting recruitment and core people operations while getting hands-on exposure to how HR functions in a fast-paced startup environment. This internship is designed for those who are curious about building a career in HR and want to gain real-world experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and people processes.

Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (on-site)

Duration : 3–6 months (with possibility of extension or full-time opportunity based on performance)

What you'll do

  • Manage recruitment lifecycle-sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across functions
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through portals, LinkedIn, and networks
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Support onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities
  • Maintain HR databases, leave / attendance records, and compliance paperwork.

Our ideal candidate

  • Recent graduate or student in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field.
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and support multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Enthusiasm for building people-first workplaces and contributing to culture.
