Job Profile
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead Infudrip's hospital sales operations across Kerala, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets, strong hospital relationships, and full compliance with company processes and ethical standards.
The RSM will manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Hospital Solutions Executives (HSEs), and serve as the primary link between the head office and the field, driving execution of Infudrip's strategic plans for IV fluids.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute the state-level sales strategy for IV fluids.Lead, train, and review ASMs and HSEs to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Ensure territory coverage, order generation, and timely supply coordination with depots.Build and maintain strong professional relationships with hospital management and purchase departments.Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends; share feedback with the Head Office.Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Purchase, and Operations for documentation, COA verification, and dispatches.Review and approve daily / weekly sales reports and CRM data entries.Conduct monthly performance reviews and submit business analysis reports to the Zonal Manager / Management.Maintain ethical sales practices and ensure compliance with all Drugs & Cosmetics Act and UCPMP guidelines.Candidate Profile
Qualification : B.Pharm / B.Sc (Life Sciences) / MBA in Marketing or HealthcareExperience : 5–7 years in pharmaceutical or hospital sales, with 2+ years in a managerial roleIndustry Preference : IV fluids, critical care, hospital supplies, or institutional pharmaSkills Required
