Job description

We are looking for a driven and experienced  Regional Sales Manager  to lead and expand our presence across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to drive consistent performance.
  • Ensure strong execution of field activities, doctor coverage, and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with ABMs, RBMs, and HO to align field efforts with company goals.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine tactics.
  • Ensure proper distribution of samples and promotional inputs as per marketing strategy.
  • Conduct regular field visits and joint work to coach and support team members.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting via CRM tools and maintain data integrity.
  • Identify skill gaps and training needs to ensure continuous team development.
  • Represent the company at key medical events, conferences, and training sessions.

Qualifications :

  • Any graduate (Science / Pharma background preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years in pharma sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven leadership, team-handling, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in CRM / reporting tools.
