Responsibilities :
- Responsible for sales and promotion of world-class American automation products designed and made for the Indian market.
- Conduct technical presentations for customers, perform detailed technical and business needs analysis, and recommend appropriate automation solutions.
- Follow up on existing sales leads and generate new business opportunities through telephone and email solicitation.
- Execute direct sales to customers and provide necessary support to local distributors within the assigned area.
- Train distributor sales engineers on company products, applications, and selling methods.
- Reside within the assigned marketing area; the company has identified 75 marketing areas across India.
- Travel extensively to customer accounts within the assigned marketing area.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, technical forums, and conferences to promote products and expand market reach.
- Receive specialized training in strategic selling skills, technical product knowledge, and participate in periodic training sessions in the United States.
Prerequisites / Requirements :
Proven track record of significant sales achievements in technical or industrial products.Strong aptitude for computers and understanding of mechatronics concepts.Aggressive, dynamic, and confident personality with excellent communication skills in English and local languages.Skilled in delivering effective presentations to both small and large groups.Clear understanding of the sales process with eagerness to learn and apply strategic selling skills from global experts.Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to manage customer relationships and distributor interactions effectively.Skills Required
