Key Responsibilities :
Revenue & Growth Ownership : Own monthly GMV, AOV, and CVR metrics for the plan. Execute strategies to improve topline and profitability.
Website Optimization : Lead UI / UX improvements, navigation flows, landing page enhancements, and site speed performance in collaboration with tech and design partners.
Promotions & Campaigns : Plan and execute festive, thematic, or product-launch-driven promotions; ensure seamless user journey from ad click to checkout. Analytics & Reporting : Use Shopify analytics, and heatmaps to identify drop-offs,performance bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Tech & Ops Coordination : Liaise with logistics, customer service, and product ops toensure frictionless customer experience from discovery to delivery.
On-Site Merchandising : Manage product visibility, content refreshes, categoryperformance, and upsell / cross-sell strategies.
Growth Marketing Support : Coordinate closely with the performance marketing teamto align campaigns across paid channels (Meta, Google, etc.) with on-site landing experiences.
Retention & CRM : Drive post-purchase engagement, reviews, loyalty, and repeatorders via email / SMS automations and personalised nudges (via platforms likeKlaviyo, WebEngage, etc.)
