Job Purpose :
As a product marketing manager, you’ll play a crucial role in solving problems for our customers to deliver value for them and help build a sustainable business for ZestMoney.
The Product Marketing Manager role exists to bridge the gap between product development and customer adoption by crafting and executing go-to-market strategies that drive product usage, customer engagement, and business growth—directly supporting ZestMoney’s mission of making affordable credit accessible to every Indian.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Go-to-Market Strategy : Own the GTM roadmap for all product launches and feature rollouts. Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Design, Tech, Risk) to ensure flawless execution.
- Positioning & Messaging : Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging informed by deep customer research, user feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Customer Lifecycle Management : Design and optimize campaigns to drive key metrics across the entire user journey—from acquisition and onboarding to engagement and repeat usage.
- Data-Driven Insights : Translate customer data, A / B tests, and market research into actionable insights that shape marketing strategies and inform the product roadmap. Utilize tools like Webengage or SQL to monitor performance.
- Market Intelligence : Act as the internal expert on our customers, competitors, and the fintech market to identify opportunities and ensure our product remains a category leader.
Work Experience :
4-8 Yrs of demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful product marketing strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans. Has launched and grown exceptional products in the consumer space in India with minimum 1mn users. Experience from Financial service companies- fintech, banks, NBFC or B2C companies is mandatory.Ability to blend customer insights, product analytics, and GTM execution.Comfort working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.A customer-first approach with sharp storytelling and execution skills.Skills & Proficiencies :
Excellent communication and collaboration skillsGood understanding of cross-functional domains like Product, Design, Growth & Brand MarketingA creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and user-centric design. Understanding of user-centered design principles, agile principles and methodologies.Have a good understanding of Statistics, proficiency of using data (at scale) and understands how Tech platforms function for a large scale business.Solid knowledge of SQL, Mobile Apps, SEP and UX / UI.
