Role & responsibilities
- Can lead the team and handle the work pressure.
- Hands-on of Bulk Hiring, Mass Hiring, Mass hiring.
- Taking interviews, hiring through references, should be having own connections to hiring candidates.
- Should have knowledge to handle BPO Projects. Worked on BOP, IT, Non-IT profiles
- Experience of Joining Formalities, Induction process.
- Effectively handling the entire documentation procedure and maintain the files.
- Should have good experience in Employee Engagement activates.
- Manage new hire onboarding in HRMS, understanding the HR functionalities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments and ensure new hires are on-boarded successfully.
