Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team in the fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, from recruitment and employee relations to training and compliance, ensuring a positive work environment that aligns with our company values and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Recruitment & Onboarding : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Relations : Act as a point of contact for employee queries, handle grievances, and ensure a healthy work environment.
  • Training & Development : Coordinate training programs for staff development, ensuring compliance with operational standards and SOPs.
  • Payroll & Attendance : Assist in payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
  • HR Compliance : Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Management : Support performance appraisal processes and help implement improvement plans where necessary.
  • Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports on key HR metrics.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of HR experience in the QSR industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS systems).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with employee engagement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of food industry operations is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
