Manage end-to-end payroll operations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement of salaries.Oversee day-to-day HR operations including compliance, employee records, and HR systems.Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, TDS, etc.).Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and employee life cycle management.Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leaves, and benefits.Monitor HR & payroll metrics (attrition, attendance, compliance, payroll accuracy) and prepare management reports.Manage HR audits, statutory filings, and liaison with external consultants / authorities.Implement process improvements and automation for payroll and HR operations efficiency.Skills Required
