Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Recruitment Lead to oversee end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT domains. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of driving recruitment strategies, manage high-performing teams, and hire across a broad range of industries in India. A deep understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and compliance is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles across various industries.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Ensure the recruitment process is efficient, compliant, and reflects best practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define role specifications.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting to attract top talent.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.
- Partner with HR and business units to ensure seamless onboarding and candidate experience.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in HR preferred.8+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong mix of IT and Non-IT hiring.Proven experience managing recruitment for diverse industries across India.Strong process orientation with knowledge of recruitment lifecycle, metrics, ATS systems, and compliance.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage mid-to-large sized recruitment teams.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, etc.)Preferred Skills :
Experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes.Exposure to international recruitment is a plus.Knowledge of diversity hiring and inclusive recruitment strategies.Shift Timings : 1 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM IST
