Key Role in Global Talent Acquisition
We are seeking an expert recruiter with 4+ years of experience in engineering and non-IT staffing to work on recruiting top talent globally across various industries.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized, confident, and customer service-focused with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong sourcing and engagement techniques using social media and job boards are essential.
- Familiarity with hiring for mechanical, electrical, civil, and industrial engineering roles is crucial.
- Experience in recruiting for finance, operations, HR, and professional services positions is also required.
This is a long-term contract with opportunities for commission and a competitive compensation package. A computer with fast internet and a camera / mic is necessary for the job.
