We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Executive to join our team in India. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or related fields. The Recruitment Executive will play a crucial role in sourcing and screening candidates, assisting with the recruitment process, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
- Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates for job openings
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting them on various job portals
- Support the recruitment team in organizing and participating in recruitment drives and job fairs
- Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process
