Your Profile : Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare or clinical research industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies, with a solid understanding of data management.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and policies.
