Prochant India is expanding, and we’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in RCM (US Healthcare – Medical Billing). This role offers the opportunity to lead our TA team while also contributing individually to high-impact hiring.

🔑 Key Responsibilities :

✅ Drive end-to-end hiring for AR / RCM functions

✅ Focus on leadership and manager-level hiring within the US Healthcare domain

✅ Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines in a competitive market

✅ Leverage a strong US Healthcare / RCM talent database for faster closures

✅ Partner closely with business leaders on strategic workforce needs

✨ What We’re Looking For :

🔹 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with proven success in leadership & manager-level hiring

🔹 Hiring exposure in US Healthcare is a must

🔹 Strong background in hiring for RCM / AR / Medical Billing roles

🔹 Holds a strong database / network related to US Healthcare & RCM operations

🔹 Demonstrated experience in team leadership & individual contribution

🔹 Excellent stakeholder management & sourcing expertise

🔹 Self-driven, target-oriented, and delivery-focused
