Lead Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment department, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for US clients and upleveling a pod to deliver faster with quality.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruiting for US roles in data engineering / analytics, CRM, cloud, and integration. You will work closely with delivery teams to understand their needs and develop effective search strategies to attract top talent.

• Translate job requirements into clear and concise descriptions that appeal to the right candidates.
• Broaden candidate pipelines through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and internal referrals.
• Evaluate candidates' technical skills and fit for the role, negotiate compensation and benefits, and close deals.

Maintaining pristine ATS hygiene is essential, along with publishing weekly progress reports.

You will also mentor junior recruiters / sourcers on search strategy and outreach best practices.

To succeed in this role, you should have 5-8+ years of experience in US IT recruiting across data / cloud / integration with proven track records in at least two of the following areas : Snowflake / Databricks, AWS / Azure / GCP, Salesforce / Service Now, Workato / MuleSoft / Boomi.

A solid understanding of US tax / visa frameworks and familiarity with VMS / MSP environments are required.

Expert-level boolean / x-ray and outbound skills, as well as strong storytelling abilities in outreach, are necessary.

You should be comfortable with client-facing interactions and partnering tightly with delivery teams.
