Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end business development : lead generation, client outreach, pitching, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across industries.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Delivery) to ensure client success and long-term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed revenue and pipeline targets.
Requirements
4–8 years of experience in B2B business development / sales , preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise tech solutions.Strong track record in consultative selling and enterprise account management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
