Nisum is seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Assistant Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the complete employee lifecycle, from addressing queries of new hires to managing the full and final settlement process for exiting employees. What You'll Do :
- Handle queries of employees (New Hires, Existing, and Exit Employees).
- Ensure Statutory Compliance (i.e., PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
- Manage Leave and Attendance , including preparing monthly attendance files for payroll inputs.
- Handle the entire Employee Benefits administration.
- Provide Full & Final (FF) Inputs to payroll (i.e., Exit Cases, Relieving, etc.).
- Manage the Exit Process , covering the end-to-end offboarding procedure.
- Oversee the Full and Final Settlement Process .
What You Know :
Experience in HR in a reputed organization.Proficiency in handling the complete Employee Life Cycle Management .Ability to communicate and explain the organization's HR policies to employees.Experience handling entire Payroll Management System and Leave Management System .HRIS Database management : Maintain up-to-date information on transfers, compensation, terminations, mapping updates, and organizational changes.Ability to think about Process improvement and automation of activities for better efficiency.Experience in handling Internal and External Audits .Experience handling Performance Management System .Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; excellent skills in written and verbal communication.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting objectives.Education :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field.Benefits :
