HR Assistant Manager

Nisum is seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Assistant Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the complete employee lifecycle, from addressing queries of new hires to managing the full and final settlement process for exiting employees. If you possess a strong understanding of HR policies, statutory compliance, and have a results-oriented mindset, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do :

• Handle queries of employees (New Hires, Existing, and Exit Employees).
• Ensure Statutory Compliance (i.e., PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
• Manage Leave and Attendance , including preparing monthly attendance files for payroll inputs.
• Handle the entire Employee Benefits administration.
• Provide Full & Final (FF) Inputs to payroll (i.e., Exit Cases, Relieving, etc.).
• Manage the Exit Process , covering the end-to-end offboarding procedure.
• Oversee the Full and Final Settlement Process .
